This is one of the very rare occasions that I actually woke up in the morning. I have an appointment later at 11.30am at the Chamber of Commerce, I didn’t see any food lying around the house and so why not Pancakes =) Did a drive through at Mc D and got home within 5 minutes with my meal. Those pancakes are superb, I know it’s a very simple meal to make but I can never get the exact same texture -fluffy cake like. It feels more like a flat cake instead of normal pancakes. So it’s butter one bite and next with maple syrup yumm..one of my favourite breakfast. The hash browns is such a delight but the flat white was a major disappointment, it wasn’t hot and where o where did the coffee taste go? Nooooo!!! And to add to that kick, I had to read the label of the so called ‘maple syrup’. It’s fake, artificial maple flavour! What a major let down. Well, somethings I wish I hadn’t known. This is definitely one of them, I mean, how hard is it to provide actual maple syrup? Don’t think it would cost that much more -.-
